This carrot pasta sauce for baby is super easy! Basically just throw everything in the blender and enjoy. I thought it tasted good too, so I think this could work for the whole family!

If you’re looking for a super simple baby led weaning recipe that is full of vegetables, comes together in just a few minutes, and that your little one will actually eat, this is for YOU!
You can easily make the sauce while the pasta boils, or at least get started, cause you’ll need some pasta water. But it’s really quick! Veggie packed and a protein/fat boost too from the greek yogurt. It’s also super affordable!
This would work well to make ahead for some freezer prepped meals. I would just freeze in a silicone mold (like these Souper Cubes) or small container for easy thawing.
I did 4 servings of pasta, so I marked it as 8 servings assuming baby would have around half of a serving of pasta, but adjust accordingly.
I used my immersion blender, but I think I would have preferred to just use my regular blender. It left a few chunks of carrot, and a regular blender would have left the sauce be a lot more smooth.
You could also sub in any spices you’d like! Whatever you and baby prefer.
