Here’s a full breakdown of everything I ate and my sugars afterwards. For reference, I need my sugars to be under 120 after 2 hours after my first bite of food (some people do 1 hour, but this is what I have been told to do by my doctors).

Fasting: 85
When I woke up I had my usual coffee: 6 oz Stok, 2-2.5 oz full fat oatly oat milk, 10g vanilla creamer. I had this with 3 cracker sized pieces of cheddar cheese. I didn’t take my sugars after this, this is typically a very safe meal for me. Even in my last pregnancy up until the end I never had an issue with my coffees.
