Sweet
1. Vanilla Greek yogurt (either oikos triple zero or two good) with chocolate chips, almonds, chia seeds and berries
2. Plain rice cakes with peanut butter, chocolate chips, berries, and chia seeds on top
3. Almond flour blueberry muffins
4. Barbell protein bar
5. Cream cheese crepes (Recipe: 6 oz of cream cheese, three eggs, stevia and cinnamon. Blend then cook on a non-stick skillet.) Crepes served with zero sugar Hershey syrup and zero sugar whipped cream
6. Cottage cheese pancakes (Recipe: 6 eggs, 2 cups (one tub) cottage cheese, 1 c flour, 1 tsp baking powder, splash of vanilla, artificial sweetener – quantity depends on what you use but original recipe is 4 tbsp honey. Mix, cook on non-stick skillet until cooked on both sides)
7. Lower sugar/no sugar instant oatmeal and spoonful of peanut butter
8. Kodiak pancakes with peanut butter and sugar free syrup
9. Low carb flavored yogurt or plain Greek yogurt with add blueberries and keto granola
10. Smoothie bowl (Recipe: 2 scoops chocolate primere protein powder, 1/2 banana, 2 big scoops peanut butter, 1 small container of vanilla oikos Greek yogurt, little bit of water, lots of ice. Blend and serve)
Savory
11. Chorizo, eggs, and avocado on zero net carb tortilla
12. Corn tortilla, cheesy eggs and salsa
13. Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich/bowls
