I recently discovered my son will reliably eat carrot fries cooked this way, and I’ve made them just about daily since!
Feeding a toddler has proved to be…a bit of a challenge. One recent win though was figuring out he will eat these carrot fries AND ask for more! Every day. So far, he hasn’t gotten sick of them, so I’m going to keep on making them since there isn’t much else he will reliably eat. Sharing in case these could end up being a hit for your little one too!! My son eats them with his fave ketchup.
BABY LED WEANING
This would be a great recipe to serve babies starting at 6 months. Please be mindful of salt if under 1. For younger babies, typically it’s best to serve bigger pieces since those are easier for them to hold. Once they develop the pincer grasp (pointer and thumb pinching together), then you can start to give them smaller pieces.

ALLERGENS
This recipe has no allergens.
STORAGE
I make these in a small batch, so I haven’t frozen or reheated, but I imagine they would just fine!

Air Fryer – This is our air fryer/toaster oven that I use to cook SO so many things. Pricy, but really worth it imo!
