These crockpot french dip sandwiches could not be easier. A delicious weeknight meal for the family!

Okay truly sorry for the absolute trash picture, I always forget to take them while I’m cooking/recording the video, and then have to take screenshots of the video 🤦♀️ but don’t let that scare you. This one was EASY and YUM. Loveeee how it turned out. Threw everything in the crockpot, seriously, took less than 5 minutes. Around dinner time I shredded everything up, toasted our sandwiches, topped with the meat + cheese, and broiled. Keep the juices for dipping (strain off as much fat as you can). SO good!!
ALLERGENS
This recipe has dairy (cheese on top of the sandwiches).
STORAGE
I stored leftover meat in the fridge. I reheated on the stove so all the juices and meat could recombine! You could definitely freeze as well.
TOOLS USED/RECOMMENDED
Meat thermometer – I will never cook meat without using one! We have a expensive one because my husband cooks meat all the time, but this one is affordable and looks great. I like that it has printed on their the safe temperatures for meat so you never need to look it up!
Slow Cooker – this is our super basic slow cooker we have that I am LOVING! Simple and affordable.
