It only takes a handful of supplies, some you might already have on hand if you’ve crafted a little. Even if you don’t, they’re all super inexpensive! Most importantly, it is a HIT with toddlers and young children.
Between feeling around with their hands, searching for specific items, digging around with a toy shovel, and more, they will be entertained for hours and all in the spirit of Easter!
This post is all about creating an Easter sensory bin.

Supplies:
- Bin – any bin will do, but if you need one, this one is great because it has a lid!
- Pastel pom poms (Variety of sizes)
- Bunny plush
- Fabric bunnies
- Small bunny toys – mini eggs, carrot erasers, bunny erasers, misc.
- Plastic eggs to fill
- Tools for them to pick things up with (great for fine motor skills!)

Directions:
- Open everything and place into the bin
- Add contents to the Easter eggs if you choose for them to open and find
- Invite your little one to explore the contents and textures/patterns/colors of the bin and observe how he or she gets creative with the contents!
- You can give them a little shovel or a clothespin to pick things up to work on those fine motor skills
