hidden veggie toddler recipe

These were an instant hit, with my toddler and my husband!! Maybe me too if it wasn’t for gestational diabetes making me too scared to try most of my recipe lol. But they did smell amazing. Grated carrot means added moisture plus, of course, added veggies. And they blend so well with the apple flavor! Definitely a great one to try for wake up snacks, easy breakfasts, or just anytime you need a little something!

This is the link to my mini muffin tray. LOVE this thing. Silicone so muffins pop right out, metal reinforced so it isn’t floppy going in and out of the oven, and dw safe! Love love love.

This is the box grater I use to get the really fine shreds for hiding veggies. Works so well! Dw safe.

Enjoy! And find more of my recipes here.
