This Boursin Sausage Gnocchi Bake is an easy weeknight dinner with just 5 minutes of prep! Everything goes into one baking dish for a creamy, cheesy meal with hardly any hands on work.

This recipe is part of my *new* Bare Minimum Dinners series, and it really doesn’t get much easier. There’s no need to boil the gnocchi, brown the sausage, or thaw the broccoli. Just add everything to a baking dish, let the oven do the work, and finish it off with Parmesan cheese! SO good!

- Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
- Broil for approximately 2–3 minutes, watching closely, until lightly golden.
