Make your baby’s first spooky season extra special with some of these baby Halloween crafts! Halloween is probably the holiday I am most looking forward to as a new mom. Definitely planning on doing all the crafts to get into the holiday spirit and have sweet spooky keepsakes to remember our first Halloween!
These are all super easy to do and would look adorable displayed in your home. Plus, they’ll be so sweet to look back on since babies grow too fast!
This post is all about adorable baby Halloween crafts!
1. Halloween Handprint Spider Craft

Materials needed:
- Happy Halloween spider web template printable (available on their site)
- Black washable paint
- Paintbrush or disposable plate to pour paint onto
- Googly eyes
Create this adorable spiderweb craft with your little one. The free printable is featured on their website. All you need to do is print it out, paint your little ones hands and stamp them on the printout with palms touching to make the spider, then add googly eyes. Super simple and cute!
2. Ghost Handprint

Materials needed:
- Black card stock
- White washable paint
- Paintbrush or disposable plate to pour paint onto
- Googly eyes
- Black marker
- White cardstock
- B template
Create a ‘Boo’ sign with your little boo’s hands! You’ll paint your baby’s hands white then stamp them upside down on the black card stock. Then add the B and googly eyes. Finally, using the black marker add the mouth for the ghost.
3. Lil’ Pumpkin Handprint Craft

Materials needed:
- Lil’ Pumpkin template (available on their site)
- Orange washable paint
- Paintbrush or disposable plate to pour paint onto
- Scissors
- Glue
- White cardstock or white paper
Another simple baby Halloween craft to do with your little. All instructions, including a video, on their site!
Handful of different footprint craft options!
4. Footprint Ghost Banner

Materials:
- Black card stock
- White washable paint
- White ribbon
- Gold glitter pen
- Punching machine
- Scissors
- Paintbrush or disposable plate to pour paint onto
This one actually is made using your hand instead of a footprint, but I think it be much more fun (and adorable) to use your little ones foot for the stamp instead! Little Halloween feet all over the house for decor? Yes please. I’d probably add googly eyes and make them all ghosts.
5. Footprint Ghost Craft option 1

Materials:
- Boo Ghost Craft Template (free printable on their website)
- Washable white paint
- Black cardstock
- Paintbrush or disposable plate to pour paint onto
- Scissors
- Glue
- Black marker
This is similar to the ghost handprint craft from above, but made instead with little baby feet stamped on. Make both and have lots of little ghost hands and feet all over the house.
6. Footprint Ghost Craft option 2

Materials:
- Orange construction paper or card stock
- Washable black and white paint
- Pencil
- Sharpie marker
- Paintbrush or disposable plate to pour paint onto
Adorable feet ghosts! Don’t forget to add names and ages so you can always remember when you made it!
7. Footprint Ghost Craft option 3

Materials:
- Black paper
- White washable paint
- Paintbrush or disposable plate to pour paint onto
- Googly eyes
Another option for an easy craft and cute keepsake for your Halloween decor.
How adorable are these baby Halloween crafts?! I’m definitely planning to do one…or all of them this spooky season. Decorating my house with art made by my little guy is all I’ve ever wanted!
