These burger bowls are the perfect 15 minute weeknight dinner for the whole family!

I recently partnered with BUBBA Burger to share this quick and easy dinner idea that works for mom, dad, and toddler! Really easy to customize for everyone based on what they like. Cook up the burgers, then prep everything else while they’re cooking. Then you’re done!
ALLERGENS
This recipe has dairy from the cheese added. Feel free to omit or use a DF alternative!
STORAGE
I stored any leftover burger pieces in the fridge and reheated in the air fryer for just a few minutes!
SUBSTITUTES & ADD INS
Add on any burger toppings you like! Best part about this kinda meal is you can easily customize based on everyones preferences.
TOOLS USED/RECOMMENDED
Grill Pan – I used this to cook our burgers, but you can cook it on your preferred pan (or grill!)

Burger Bowls
Ingredients
- 3 BUBBA Burgers or as many as you need for your family
- 1 bag of shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup pickles chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Ketchup and mustard to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1.5 cups frozen french fries
Instructions
- Preheat your pan to medium
- Throw your fries into your air fryer and cook according to directions
- Add your BUBBA Burgers from frozen to your preheated pan for 5-6 minutes
- While cooking, prep all of your toppings
- Flip burger and cook on the other side until it reaches 165 (5-6 minutes)
- Remove from heat and cut into bite sized pieces then add to the burger bowls
- Enjoy!
