Need a 5 minute breakfast for your hangry toddler? This cinnamon apple waffle is for you!

Our little waffle iron has come in SO handy lately. We love making a quick batter and throwing it in there for a super easy breakfast or lunch. Tons of flavor combinations! These waffles were an instant hit!
They are slightly sweet, with only 1 tsp of honey added. This way you can either serve as is if you’re trying to limit added sugar, or have honey/maple on the side for dipping.
This is the waffle iron we love! I always get questions on how to clean it. I typically unplug it and while it’s hot put a wet paper towel in it and close it. I’ll leave it for a few minutes then open and wipe. The steam helps any burnt on food release!
