This creamy, lemony, avocado pasta sauce is a simple way to serve a nutrient rich meal to baby that they will love!

This pasta sauce comes together super quick and easily and is a great way to serve pasta to littles! High in fat, which is crucial for their brain development, and most importantly, delicious.
It also has a protein boost with the yogurt as well as the cheese. It can be easily adapted to your little ones favorite flavors, just season to their preferences!
This recipe contains dairy and wheat. The wheat could easily be substituted out with another pasta. I have not tried with other yogurts or cheeses, but I believe they should also substitute well.
I do think it saves well, although it might brown slightly. The lemon does help with that, but it still will most likely happen. Still tastes good though!
It keeps in the fridge for around 3-4 days, and will keep in the freezer for 2 months. I froze mine in my Souper Cubes to have it ready to go in a portion perfect for baby.
It’s perfect for baby led weaning ages 6 months and up, once they’ve been safely introduced to dairy and wheat (if you’re doing regular pasta).
It could easily be just a puree too! If you’re choosing to go the puree route.
