Finding the safe gestational diabetes drinks at Starbucks can be a challenge, luckily plenty of ladies have found some really delicious ones and we are sharing them all below!

Finding out you have gestational diabetes can feel like you can’t have anything fun anymore. Sometimes you just want to go and get a coffee at Starbucks, right?! While you might not be able to get your regular, there are still plenty of gestational diabetes drinks at Starbucks you can test out and see if they work for you.
These Starbucks drinks have been ordered from women with gestational diabetes and have not spiked them, so they might work for you too. Coffee and tea options!
Of course, GD varies person to person, so no guarantees, but they are a good place to start. Also, a lot of women do well ordering their regular drinks that they enjoy but balancing out with protein (either at home or egg bites from Starbucks)

Coffee:
1. Tall unsweetened ice coffee, 1 pump caramel syrup, 2 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup, light cream
2. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew, sub for sugar free vanilla
3. Iced flat white, decaf, 1 pump sugar free vanilla
4. Cold brew with sweet cream cold foam
5. Grande iced coffee, no classic syrup, 2 pumps white mocha sauce, heavy cream
6. Iced coffee, no classic syrup, extra heavy cream
7. Grande iced shaken espresso with 2 pumps of sugar cookie syrup, 1 pump of sugar free vanilla, and a splash of cream
8. Sugar free vanilla latte with half & half and cinnamon powder
9. Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso
10. Venti iced coffee, no classic, 4 pumps sugar free cinnamon dolce, 2 pumps sugar free vanilla, Sub milk for heavy cream
11. Grande iced flat white with 2% milk and brown sugar syrup
Tea:
12. Grande Iced Passion Tango Tea (unsweetened) with a splash of heavy cream and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup
13. Grande Peach Green Tea with a splash of heavy cream and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla
14. Grande hot chai tea, 1 splash of heavy cream, 2 Splenda, 1 pump brown sugar syrup, 1 pump sugar free vanilla syrup
15. Venti passion tango made with water instead of lemonade with 2 splenda, no classic syrup
16. Small Chai latte with almond milk
17. Venti honey citrus mint tea without the honey blend (or keep the honey if you like it), 3 Splenda, 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup, a splash of heavy cream
18. Iced matcha green tea latte with sugar free vanilla and half n half
