Not to worry – we’ve got plenty of delicious breakfast ideas, both sweet and savory, filled with protein, low in carbs, that will be perfect to add into your morning routine.
One or two do have eggs in them, but just as ingredient in the recipe not as a main component (so not very eggy)

Sweet Breakfasts
1. Whole grain/low carb/keto toast with no sugar added peanut butter
2. Smoothie: Ripple milk (unsweetened), protein powder, cocoa powder, fiber powder, some frozen berries, ice and peanut butter
3. Multigrain waffle with nut butter, apple, and cottage cheese
4. 2 almond flour pancakes (almond flour, egg whites, splash of milk and baking powder) with sugar free syrup
5. 2 chicken sausage links, one slice of Dave’s killer seed bread with almond butter and light drizzle of honey, and 1 cup of Fairlife milk
6. Whole milk plain Greek yogurt (2/3 cup), couple tablespoons of chia seeds, spoonful of no sugar peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, and some blueberries
7. Kodiak protein waffle with sugar free peanut butter and sugar free syrup
Savory Breakfasts
8. Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, cumin, avocado, nuts, a cherry tomato or two
9. Hummus with veggies and cheese
