This McGriddle French Toast Casserole is going to be a weekend staple for us. SO good!!

Anyone else love the flavor combo of salty sweet when it comes to breakfast? If you’re a McGriddle fan, you’ll love this easy French Toast casserole. You can even double it and have breakfasts prepped for the week!
One notes is that it works best if you cube the bread the day/night before and let it sit out to get a bit stale. Helps it not be too soggy. Other than that, it’s very simple to assemble. You can even make the night before and bake it up in the morning!
