It was clear from my previous GD snacks post that new ideas are always welcome, so we’re doing a part 2 and giving even more snacks for gestational diabetes!

Snacks for Gestational Diabetes

When I had gestational diabetes, I always was on the hunt for new ideas. It can be SO easy to get stuck in a rut once you find a few meals or snacks that you know are safe and won’t spike you. It’s a relief to find them, but then you eat them so much you are eventually sick of them (looking at you, string cheese!)

I recently shared another gestational diabetes snacks post, and it blew up! Sharing even more snacks here, no repeats, that I found from other women who dealt with GD as well. We have a mix of sweet and savory!

PS – don’t forget to check out my previous gestational diabetes snacks post if you haven’t already!
