This post is all about Thanksgiving crafts for infants!

1. Fall Handprint Art

Fall handprint art for kids

Materials needed:

  • Acrylic paint
  • White cardstock
  • Black sharpie
  • Colored pencils

This craft includes 5 different options for handprint art for your little that are all fall themed. It includes a turkey, an apple, a pumpkin, an acorn, and a leaf! The author notes that acrylic paint is a must if you’d like these to be keepsakes, as washable paint doesn’t always last through the years.

2. Dollar Tree Thanksgiving Keepsake Potholder Craft

Materials needed:

  • Brown pot holder
  • Acrylic paint
  • Paint brushes
  • Felt scraps
  • Googley eyes
  • Glue gun/sticks
  • Seasonal cookie cutters
  • Shallow dish
  • Optional: glitter

Create this fun pot holder craft with your little that will be the best keepsake for all the years to come! Would also make for an adorable gift for family and friends.

Here is another cute option!

3. Family Hands Turkey

Materials needed:

  • Paper/cardstock
  • Paint
  • Paper plate

How fun would this be to do every year to watch your little one hand grow or to see little hands be added into the family!!

4. Thanksgiving Footprint Art

Materials needed:

  • Washable paint in multiple colors (suggested: yellow, red, orange, and brown)
  • Paintbrush
  • Cardstock
  • Scissors

Get your little ones hands and feet involved with this fun and festive Thanksgiving baby craft!

5. Three Baby Footprint Thanksgiving Crafts

Materials needed:

  • Markers
  • Paint
  • Paper plate

Three different Thanksgiving themed crafts! Although tbh I’m not sure the Native American one is PC…😅 You can make a judgement call on that one!

6. Turkey Painting (Mess Free!)

Materials needed:

  • Large freezer ziplock bags
  • Sharpie/marker
  • Acrylic paint
  • Masking tape

I think for this one I would instead draw the turkey outline on a piece of paper and then tape the plastic overtop so we can keep the painting from our tiny artist! A great tummy time activity.

7. Silly Personalized Footprint Turkey Craft for Kids

This one cracks me up with the little cutout picture! Great way to capture exactly how they are at that age. Another good one to do annually.

8. Sweeter Than Pie Footprint Art (Video Below)

Materials needed:

  • Printer
  • Paper/cardstock

If you want something a little more polished, this Etsy template would be perfect and all you need to do is add your little ones footprint.
