If you’re scouring the internet looking for 4 DPO symptoms ending in a BFP, I’m sharing exactly mine so you can have an idea of what you might want to look out for!
I spent SO much time during my two week wait reading everything I could about other women’s symptoms, so I wanted to share my 4 dpo symptoms ending in a bfp in case you’re like me!
This post is all about my 4 dpo symptoms ending in a bfp!
My 4 dpo symptoms were on the minimal side. I was feeling emotional. But of course that could be from just about anything! At that point I was 4 days into spending my entire days reading all about early pregnancy symptoms obsessively. I was a bit drained.
One thing I did notice was bad heartburn the evening of 3 dpo that lasted until 4 dpo. This was very odd because I am not someone who typically gets heartburn. And it was from a very mild, non acidic or heartburn inducing kinda food.
Besides the fact that I usually don’t get heartburn, I also NEVER ever get it during the two week wait leading up to my period. It just was so odd to me and absolutely out of the usual (and minimal) symptoms I did get previously leading up to my period.

It was really throwing me for a loop to be in this window of time where apparently you couldn’t possibly have pregnancy symptoms yet, yet somehow I was experiencing these symptoms completely outside of my norm!
Science will say they weren’t pregnancy symptoms, but these were my 4 dpo symptoms that ended in a bfp. Never want to create false hope, but this is the experience that I had.
